Viral TikTok videos have captured another strange Disney Parks incident. This time, a yelling Disneyland guest was booed out of Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen.

In the video below, the screaming guest faces two cast members, one of whom is on the phone. The video starts as someone tells him he’s yelling like a child, to which he responds, “I’m yelling like a child, madam! This is a racist company!”

A guest tries to tell him to stop yelling because there are children around. He screams, “Really? Yes, really!” Other guests also tell him to calm down and stop yelling. He doubled down, saying, “It’s racist! It matters!”

The man says something about having “had this discussion yesterday” and then leaves the store as the crowd boos him.

User @mamab00ts who posted the video called it a “Nuttle crash out”, referencing a popular Disneyland treat. Commenters said the guest’s reaction was because he did not get his Magic Key Holder discount on a treat.

Another video of the incident by user @_youragentconnie begins a moment earlier, when the guest is yelling, “You are not sorry! I had this discussion yesterday! I want this in the newspapers!” @_youragentconnie also confirmed the guest was upset he didn’t get his discount.

We don’t know more about the situation at this time, such as if the guest was expelled from the park.
