The new traffic circle near Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been paved, revealing its not-quite-circular shape. Photographer @bioreconstruct shared photos of construction taken from the sky.
Floridian Way Traffic Circle
Since our previous update, the traffic circle and connecting roads have been paved. The roundabout is mostly round, but is not a perfect circle. It’s located just west of the existing Grand Floridian parking lot.
The addition of this traffic circle is part of the Floridian Way rerouting project. It also passes the Magnolia Golf Course, the Disney Wedding Pavilion, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
