Disney Eats shared a time-lapse video of Walt Disney World pastry chefs creating the eight-foot-tall gingerbread Spaceship Earth currently in CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT.

The time-lapse video was posted on the Disney Eats Instagram account.

The video shows the team of pastry chefs assembling the display by attaching gingerbread panels to a lighted spherical base. After all the gingerbread is in place, they go back and fill in all the cracks with icing.
