Encanto Voice Actors Returning for Animal Kingdom Ride
Responding to a question about the Encanto attraction script, Bush said, “Almost done recording our entire original cast. Being back in the booth with everyone is the absolute best!”
The original cast of Encanto includes Stephanie Beatriz as Mirabel Madrigal, María Cecilia Botero as Abuela, John Leguizamo as Bruno, Jessica Darrow as Luisa, Angie Cepeda as Julieta, Carolina Gaitán as Pepa, Diane Guerrero as Isabela, Wilmer Valderrama as Agustín, Rhenzy Feliz as Camilo, Ravi Cabot-Conyers as Antonio, Adassa as Dolores, and Maluma as Mariano Guzman. Alan Tudyk provides the vocal effects for Antonio’s toucan friend Pico.
Encanto Ride
Construction of the Encanto ride is rapidly going vertical. Recording being near complete is another good sign that it’s on track for the planned 2027 opening.
The Encanto ride part of the park’s new Tropical Americas land, which replaces DinoLand U.S.A. The Encanto ride will be a brand-new attraction. Guests will enter Casita on the day Antonio receives his magical gift of speaking to animals. Ride vehicles will be inspired by furniture Casita has brought to life. Guests will journey into Antonio’s jungle-themed room, encountering characters like Mirabel and Bruno. Disney stated the ride would go beyond the story of the film.
The land will also include an Indiana Jones ride, which will be a reimagining of DINOSAUR, and a carousel in the fictional village of Pueblo Esperanza.
