The former ESPN Zone building at Downtown Disney District now has lululemon signage. Disney announced earlier this year that lululemon would move into the space after ESPN Zone had been closed for seven years.

On the curved wall at one corner is a large version of the lululemon logo. The logo and wordmark also hang from the awning below. It looks like this corner is becoming a new main entrance.
This corner was previously just a window and then held photo ops after ESPN Zone’s 2018 closure. There are new windows and wood grain panels below the awning.
Though ESPN Zone closed in 2018, the building has been used over the years for various offerings and experiences. Construction began on the building in February 2025, and most of the updated exterior was revealed this summer.
The building previously had a brick exterior. It’s now white and gray with Mickey-patterned paneling and touches of pastel colors. Bowl elements are on top of columns between rectangular awnings. This side of the building still has some tarps over a window.
Disney and lululemon haven’t announced an opening timeframe, but the exterior looks near completion. It could open early next year.
