After being announced earlier this year, more details including the start date have been revealed for the Disney Sequoia Lodge Hotel Remodel at Disneyland Paris.

Disney Sequoia Lodge Hotel Remodel

Work on Disney Sequoia Lodge will begin in January 2026. The news was teased back in 2023, but no additional details or dates were shared at that time. The now-confirmed refurbishment is set to enhance and elevate the guest experience while preserving the lodge’s wooden decor and warm atmosphere.

The design will elevate the tribute to the beauty of nature to inspiring new heights, while taking inspiration from the forests following the tradition started by Walt Disney and his team of animators. Every space, from the rooms to the lobby, as well as the shopping and dining locations, will be reinvented as an ode to wildlife, offering the perfect environment to unwind and let one’s mind wander.

Previously at Disneyland Paris, both the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and Disneyland Hotel have been refurbished. Disneyland Paris will also be receiving a seventh hotel to replace the Events Arena, as announced in January 2025.

Unlike with the above mentioned remodels, Disney Sequoia Lodge will remain open during the refurbishment. They will likely do a certain number of rooms at a time and redo the lobby and common spaces in phases.
