Disney and IKEA are offering exclusive holiday family activities at select IKEA stores in the United States now through January.
Disney and IKEA Pop-Ups
The Disney Family Instagram account announced the collaboration:
Magic is on the loose! ✨ This holiday season, three IKEA U.S. locations will bring the Disney magic in stores for Disney-themed pop-ups at IKEA, and in-store experiences to make the holidays especially memorable for families.
Three stores – IKEA Round Rock, Burbank, and Orlando – will host Disney-themed pop-up shops in stores open now through January. Beyond the Disney-themed pop-ups, these locations will also host interactive Disney-themed programming for families that includes:
✨ Stitch’s Scavenger Hunt
✨ Magical Workshop
✨ Decorating with Friends
and exclusive to Burbank, gear up for a Holiday Drive-In!

The three participating IKEA stores are located in Burbank, CA; Round Rock, TX; and Orlando, FL. To sign up, you must have an IKEA Family account and reserve a spot ahead of time on their respective websites.
Stitch’s Scavenger Hunt
The description for Stitch’s Scavenger Hunt reads:
Oh no! Stitch got lost in IKEA!
Join in on the mischievous fun and follow the clues throughout the Showroom to help Stitch reunite with his family.
Don’t forget to scan the last QR code to receive a prize in the Swedish Restaurant!
Magical Workshop
At the Magical Workshop, guests get to make a Disney bead art craft:
Bring home a touch of holiday magic!
Craft your very own Mickey or Minnie-inspired bead art! This activity is designed for participants aged 4 and older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Join us at the store entrance and make your holidays shine bright!
Decorating with Friends
Get together and decorate gingerbread cookies at Decorating with Friends:
Help Stitch decorate his holiday home.
Join us for this festive activity where you can decorate your very own Stitch-themed gingerbread cookie—sweet treats and mischievous fun included! This activity is designed for participants aged 4 and older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We’ll see you in the IKEA Swedish Restaurant.
Holiday Drive-In
Additionally, the Burbank location is listed as hosting a “Holiday Drive-In” movie night. While we could not locate an event page with that specific name, we did find an already fully-booked Family Movie Night featuring Disney’s Home Alone in the Swedish Restaurant.
