We spotted this new sign posted inside the Disney Character Warehouse at Orlando International Premium Outlets. It outlines the new, stricter return policy.

RETURN POLICY
Effective February 1, 2026, all sales at Character Warehouse locations and Cast Connection will be final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted; all items will be sold as-is with no exceptions.
Items purchased on or before January 31, 2026, may be returned within 30 days with a valid original receipt, unless the item was sold “as-is,” “all sales final,” or “no returns, exchanges, or refunds.” Returned items must be unused, in original unopened packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.
As of February 1, 2026, all sales at Disney Character Warehouse and Cast Connection will be final, meaning nothing can be returned. This new return policy is being implemented to deter resellers, who would exploit the previous policy by purchasing merchandise, relisting it for sale, and then returning unsold stock to the outlet.
