Disney Vacation Club has released their points charts for 2027, with notable changes for two resorts.
2027 DVC Points Charts
As outlined in DVC Fan’s analysis, most of the points charts are comparable to 2026, but Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort have some interesting updates.
DVC has adjusted points at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge to balance supply and demand for Value and Concierge rooms at Jambo house. Values increased by 1 to 11 points for Value and Kilimanjaro Club Concierge Deluxe Studios, One Bedroom Villas, and Two Bedroom Villas.
Savanna View rooms — mostly Deluxe Studios and One Bedroom Villas — have decreased in value by a few points for select times of the year.
For Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, there are 1 or 2 point increases for all room types in the first travel period and for Bora Bora Bungalows, Two Bedroom Villas, and Two Bedroom Penthouse Villas in the second travel period.
This may be due to a rumored reclassification of some Theme Park View rooms at the Island Tower that actually have obstructed views.
