Zootopia Better Zoogether has officially opened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This show replaces It’s Tough To Be A Bug in the Tree of Life Theater.
Zootopia Better Zoogether Opens
Zootopia Better Zoogether hosted previews for the past week. The adjacent Nick and Judy meet and greet opened early. Russell and Dug from Up previously met in this space but have moved to the Discovery Island Trails on the opposite side of the Tree of Life.
Zootopia Better Zoogether Queue
Guests enter by passing a tree with the mounted Zootopia Better Zoogether, stand-by entrance, and Lightning Lane signs. There was a 15-minute wait on Friday morning.
There are still some construction walls and scrims in the queue, which are now mostly covered by nets.
Hopefully, the walls won’t be up for much longer.
Another construction wall is in the exit queue.
A sign in the exit queue is also covered by a tarp.
Zootopia Better Zoogether Show
Zootopia Better Zoogether brings guests to the animal city for Zoogether Day, a celebration of unity. They view various animal performances that go wrong, leading Nick and Judy to intervene. Officer Clawhauser is an Audio-Animatronic in the theater. Many of the effects from It’s Tough To Be A Bug have been recycled for the show, which is also in 3D.
