World of Disney Has Park-Inspired Window Displays for this Holiday Season

World of Disney at Disney Springs has done something special for the holidays. The seasonal window displays are each inspired by a Walt Disney World theme parks or the resorts. There are Easter eggs for all levels of Disney fans.

Resorts Display Window

The first window is a nod to all the Walt Disney World Resorts.

The first window is a nod to all the Walt Disney World Resorts with a brown color scheme. At the top it reads, “Delivering wherever you call home this Christmas”. Santa Mickey is driving a boat with a turning wheel and in the bottom right corner is a bus. The mannequins are wearing various Disney apparel, including a sherpa Mickey ear hat.

The first window is a nod to all the Walt Disney World Resorts.

The background shows the Disney Skyliner and Monorail, representing all the ways to get to a resort. There are many resorts shown in the background. There’s the Boardwalk, Pop Century, Gran Destino Tower, Wilderness Lodge, Old Key West, Art of Animation, and a slew of others. There are some light-up snowflakes and ornaments behind the mannequins.

Animal Kingdom Display Window

The next window is for Disney's Animal Kingdom.

The next window is for Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is mostly green. The train that takes guests to and from Rafiki’s Planet Watch is along the bottom filled with presents. On the bottom right is Donald in a Santa Claus outfit holding a present. The left side of the window has an elephant with a moving present at the end of it’s trunk. On the top left is a parrot flying over the display with a present in it’s claw. At the top middle it says, “Delivering over glistening treetops”. The apparel and accessories on the mannequins are from the Expedition Mickey Mouse collection.

In the background are some trees from the savanna. There is a lion, cranes, a Kilimanjaro Safaris truck, giraffe, and even Expedition Everest. There are also some plaid pine trees with blue and yellow lights, and ornaments throughout the display.

Magic Kingdom Display Windows

Magic Kingdom covers two windows with a red color scheme. On the far left is Santa Goofy balancing one too many presents in his hands. In the top right corner of that first window is Jose from Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room.

Behind Jose is the building where the Enchanted Tiki Room building. There’s a pirate ship in the center back and one of the Walt Disney World Railroad engines. All the mannequins are wearing Mickey Mouse items.

In the top middle is some wording on ribbon. It states, ” Delivering Holiday Spirit to the Past, the Present, and the Future”.

The second window has Minnie in the bottom right corner holding up a present. In the top right corner is a Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride vehicle. Then in the bottom left is The Sword in the Stone. Cinderella Castle takes up the center, with fireworks being set off by Tinker Bell.

In the top middle is a ribbon that states, “Delivering the Magic Down Every Street”.

Hollywood Studios Display Window

The Disney’s Hollywood Studios window has a gold theme with Daisy in the bottom right corner. Above her is a yellow Skyliner car. The mannequins in the middle are wearing the Christmas merchandise collection. In the top left corner is a Starspeeder 1000 from Star Tours. You can just barely see Slinky Dog from Slinky Dog Dash in the bottom left.

Our beloved Santa Gertie the Dinosaur is peeking in on the left side with a moving ornament in her mouth. Behind Gertie are yellow plaid pine trees with yellow, orange, and red lights.

In the background on the right is The Hollywood Tower Hotel. This is where Tower of Terror is located. There are also more ornaments in the background.

Behind the mannequins are some Scream Canisters from Monsters, Inc. This is a reference to Monstropolis which is being built in the former Muppets Courtyard. To the right of the canisters are some buildings from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

EPCOT Display Window

The next window is EPCOT, with a red and black color scheme. Mannequins wear the peppermint Mickey collection. “Delivering a Celebration Around the World” is across the top. Spaceship Earth is in the background with tiny points of light.

A hot air balloon full of presents appears to drift in front of large silver ornaments. The Land pavilion is visible behind them.

A Monorail is across the bottom of the display.

In the lower right corner is the lucite fountain from the park’s entrance, featuring the EPCOT logo. Around Spaceship Earth are the World Showcase pavilions.

A gondola from the Italy pavilion is full of presents. It rocks back and forth.

Map Display Window

Walt Disney World holiday window display

The last special holiday display window is a colorful map of Walt Disney World featuring all four theme parks, both water parks, and the resorts. Mickey and Friends are riding Santa’s sleigh in the upper left corner. “Delivering Holiday Magic to The Most Magical Place on Earth” is on the right.
