The updated version of “Glisten!”, the “ice” skating show at Jollywood Nights, debuted tonight at Hollywood Studios.
Glisten! Skating Show at Jollywood Nights 2025
“Glisten!” is an “ice” skating show performed in front of the Chinese Theater. We say “ice” because there’s no actual ice involved: the performers are actually skating on a synthetic polymer ice surface. The skaters still wear metal-bladed figure skates and can perform many of the same moves as on real ice.
This year sees a new “Glisten!” set with illuminated snowflake set pieces, which we saw being installed earlier this week. They stand out against the different colorful scenes projected onto the facade of the Chinese Theater.
The skaters have new gold and teal costumes, reflecting the overall Jollywood Nights color scheme. A juggling act has also been added into the show.
