Just how does Disney get the Christmas tree installed in just one night at Magic Kingdom? A new time-lapse video (with time stamps) reveals the process.
Time Lapse

After the last guests leave Magic Kingdom and the final monorail rides away at around 11:30 pm, Disney immediately begins installing the Christmas tree in Town Square. Crews bring out equipment and décor. The area is cleaned and prepped.
A large crane starts the process at 1:45 am by installing the base, which consists of gift boxes. Then large sections of the tree, starting from largest to smallest, are installed above each other. By 5:30 am, the tree is ready to go on top.
By that time, other crew members begin adding final details to the base.
By approximately 6:15 am, the lights are turned on to test that they function properly. Crews clean up the area before the first guests arrive shortly after 8:00 am.
