Old ticket booths have begun to close and some have been combined at the Disneyland Esplanade to condense the number of booths that are open to assist guests.
Disneyland Esplanade Ticket Booths

Two ticket booths near the entrance to Downtown Disney are now closed. On the Disneyland Park side of the Esplanade, the Lost and Found and Ticket Sales have been combined to help guests. It is located to the left if you are facing the entrance of the park, and a long line of guests was lined up when we got there.

Only six windows are currently available, and only four or five have Cast Members available to assist guests. Inspire and Believe Magic Key tiers went on sale on November 4.

Yellow tape has been put down on the ground to help direct guests.

On the California Adventure side of the Esplanade, two more booths are closed closer to Disneyland Park and two additional booths are closed closer to California Adventure. The middle booth is open for accessibility services.

Accessibility Services windows are open, and those are located near the entrance to California Adventure.
As part of DisneylandForward, a pedestrian bridge over Harbor Boulevard will lead to a new Esplanade. Disneyland recently filed a permit for the site of the upcoming parking structure and transportation hub.
