The new location and dates for the Santa Claus meet and greet at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been announced.

Santa Claus used to meet in It’s A Wonderful Shop at Grand Avenue. The shop was once a year-round Christmas store but never reopened after the 2020 shutdown due to COVID-19. It was instead turned into a seasonal meet and greet location.
However, It’s A Wonderful Shop officially closed this summer with the permanent closure of Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano, PizzeRizzo, and MuppetVision 3D.
We now know thanks to the My Disney Experience app that Santa Claus will meet in Walt Disney Presents from November 8 through December 24, 2025.
The Walt Disney Presents meet and greet area has housed live-action Ariel for the past few years but she temporarily moved to Echo Lake in late October.
During Disney Jollywood Nights, Santa Duffy will meet in Walt Disney Presents instead of Santa. He also appeared in It’s A Wonderful Shop.
Santa Claus meet and greets at Walt Disney World usually utilize a virtual queue but details and hours have not been announced. He will also meet at the other three Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs. At EPCOT, he will be in CommuniCore Hall. There is also a special dinner with Santa Claus available at The Cake Bake Shop on Disney’s BoardWalk.
