Santa Claus has arrived at Disney Springs to meet and greet with guests during the holiday season. Guests will need to join a virtual queue if they hope to meet him at Santa’s Marketplace, next to Disney’s Pin Traders in the Marketplace area.
Disney Springs Santa Claus Meet and Greet
The Santa Claus meet and greet in Disney Springs is located at “Santa’s Marketplace” — a building next to Disney’s Pin Traders in the Marketplace area. Before meeting Santa, however, guests must join a virtual queue.
Use the My Disney Experience app to join the queue at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., or 6 p.m. When joining, you will input the number of guests in your party up to 10 people. You can only join the queue if you are Disney Springs.
You can then enjoy your time at Disney Springs until it’s time to meet Santa. We signed up for the virtual queue at 11 a.m. and were Group 21. At 12:05 p.m., we were notified that it was our turn. We had until 1:05 p.m. to make our meet and greet. To enter Santa’s Marketplace, show the Cast Member your QR code ticket in the app.
Before meeting Santa, there’s a small set to take photos of just yourself and your family. This space includes a Christmas tree and fireplace with stockings.
Santa’s set resembles an office with another tree, a desk, toys, and a Night Before Christmas storybook.
Guests join Santa and on a green velvet couch.
The Santa meet and greet is available through December 24, 2025.
