CommuniCore Hall is decked out for the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, including the Spaceship Earth gingerbread display and Santa Claus meet and greet. The latter has moved from The Odyssey pavilion, where Santa Goofy will meet this year.
CommuniCore Hall
The interior of CommuniCore Hall features winter projections and decals. Snowflake projections are on the walls and floors.
The circular tables have Spaceship Earth gingerbread decals.
Guests can purchase Spaceship Earth cookies and other treats from Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow inside the hall. Stay tuned for our reviews.
There are rhymes on the walls about Santa and the Celebration Countdown, a light show with the gingerbread display. Trim decals feature Spaceship Earth and snowflakes.
There is some merchandise available for purchase, including festival-exclusive items. Banners hanging from the ceiling feature various World Showcase buildings.
There are more tables and chairs around the gingerbread Spaceship Earth and merchandise.
The circular lights in the ceiling are illuminated blue and have a Spaceship Earth-inspired pattern.
Spaceship Earth Gingerbread Display
In the center of CommuniCore Hall is the gingerbread Spaceship Earth display, surrounded by white flowers. There are digital clocks on two sides, counting down the light show.
The Spaceship Earth replica has tiny lights on it, just like the real thing.
Hidden across its surface are stamped images of World Showcase buildings.
Celebration Countdown Presented by CITIZEN
Every 15 minutes, the Celebration Countdown presented by CITIZEN takes place. This incorporates the lights on the gingerbread display, lights around the display, and music for a brief show.
Santa Claus Meet and Greet
Santa Claus meets next to the merchandise space, on the opposite side of the hall from Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow. The backdrop resembles a snow globe. There’s a blue velvet couch for Santa, along with some gift boxes.
A queue is set up with stanchions. The wall is decorated with Christmas trees and snowflakes.
Times are posted outside. Santa is scheduled to meet daily through Christmas Eve (December 24, 2025) at these times:
- 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Cast Members hand out cards to guests for them to write their wishes for Santa.
Santa wears a red velvet suit with white fur trim. His hat has a jingle bell at its point.

Although Santa only meets through December 24, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays runs through December 30.
