From a Santa Breakfast Potato to Black Eyed Pea Stew, here’s all the new seasonal holiday food we tried at Disneyland Park.

Troubadour Tavern

Santa Breakfast Potato – $12.69
Scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, country sausage gravy, and green onions

The potato is cooked well, the eggs are warm and fluffy warm, and the gravy had good flavor but was a bit salty. It needed more cheese. It was a good size but nothing special.

The Santa Breakfast Potato is served until 11am or until supplies last. It’s available through January 7.

Galactic Grill

These are available through January 7.

Mushroom and Swiss Burger – $17.29
Angus beef and vegetable patty, roasted herb mushrooms, caramelized and fried onions, Swiss cheese, and blue cheese sauce served on a toasted brioche bun with your choice of Cuties Mandarin Orange or French fries

There are too many flavors. The blue cheese sauce was overpowering and a bit salty. The onions added a good crunch but the flavor wasn’t welcome. The mushrooms were the saving grace. They were well cooked with a nice earthy flavor. The patty was weird and dry. We believe it’s beef and veggie.

Holiday Parfait – $7.79
Layers of chocolate cake, edible cookie dough, marshmallow mousse, chocolate crunch, chocolate mousse, and ganache finished with colored mousse, star glitter, and truffle shell

This is very rich with a dominant chocolate flavor. Everything else was lost in the layers. You can taste the marshmallow if you try the mousse on its own. The colorful mousse on top is very artificial. Still, it’s a pretty good dessert and kids will like it.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe

As usual, Jolly Holiday has a large holiday menu.

Gingerbread-Cranberry Cheesecake Trifle – $7.79
Layers of gingerbread cake, cheesecake, and cranberry compote topped with gingerbread crunch, white chocolate mousse, and a mini gingerbread man (Available through Jan. 7)

Sour and tart! This one’s for cranberry lovers: it’s not so much cheesecake as the cranberry is overpowering it. The gingerbread crumbs provide some texture. Overall, though, you’ll find some refreshing flavors in the tart, although we felt it was tiny for the price.

Orange-Cranberry Loaf – $7.29
topped with cream cheese glaze and dried cranberries drizzled with white chocolate (Available through Jan. 7)

Indeed a 7, no doubt. Really unique. The orange is bringing some needed refreshing flavors to this sweet festival. Both the icing on top and the pound cake have the perfect amount of orange flavor. The cranberry isn’t overpowering anything, just complimenting it. Of course the cranberries are in the pound cake but you won’t taste much, just a nice gooey texture. We’d order this outside of Disney.

S’mores Cheesecake – $7.79
Chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache topped with marshmallow mousse and a torched marshmallow (Available through Jan. 7)

Good. But not incredible, vanilla with hint of marshmallow cream on top was pleasant and a nice addition to the whole package. Cheesecake wasn’t super cheesy and reminded me of a hot chocolate flavor. Graham Crust and dust was moist enough and added the light crunch and flavor it needed. Marshmallow on top was good but just a marshmallow. not too sweet well balanced but a bit underwhelming

Sticky Toffee Bundt Cake – $7.79
with toffee sauce topped with vanilla chantilly cream (Available through Jan. 7)

Pleasantly surprising! This has a great texture reminiscent of a pumpkin loaf or banana bread. The flavor has wonderful autumn and winter spices well balanced throughout. The cream on top was light and subtle and a perfect complement to the cake. It’s set on a thin layer of toffee syrup that is very sweet on its own but adds the perfect touch to every bite, as the cake itself isn’t super sweet. It arrived still warm and a bit gooey in the center. We really liked this one.

White Mocha-Peppermint Tree-shaped Macaron – $8.29
filled with peppermint buttercream and a coffee bundt cake center (Available through Dec. 14)

If you love peppermint, this is for you. Everything was minty. The exterior is light and crispy. It looks pretty, too.

Bengal Barbecue

The new Vietnamese Iced Coffee and returning Iced Pandan Cooler are available through January 7.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee – $7.29
with brown sugar spheres and cold foam (Non-alcoholic)

Why is this so bitter? Vietnamese coffee is supposed to be bold and super sweet. This is bold but, weirdly, somewhat sour. The coffee just tastes like Joffrey’s Cold Brew. The boba texture is fine. The cold foam on top is sweet and heavy and helps the flavor when stirred in, but you can still taste the sourness.

Tiana’s Palace

This seasonal stew is available through January 7.

Black Eyed Pea Stew with Chicken and Corn Bread Croutons – $18.99
Slow-simmered black-eyed peas with smoked turkey, braised chicken, bell peppers, celery, and onions served with heritage rice and cornbread croutons

This is overpriced, but the taste is solid. It is nice and warm, but the portion is on the smaller side. We mobile ordered, so the portion could be limited due to the to-go container. We didn’t taste much turkey or bell pepper flavor; however, the beans were nicely cooked and soft. The rice and the stew are the perfect combination in the colder weather.

Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree

These funnel cake fries are available through January 7.

Mint Chip Funnel Cake Fries – $10.29
Spiced hot cocoa sugar-dusted funnel cake fries, mint chip ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate chips

This is interesting, unique, something that we definitely can’t get in Walt Disney World. These are doughy-like funnel cake fries almost feel like they are trying too hard to be churros. The hot coco flavor is similar to a cinnamon churro but more spiced. It isn’t mind blowing, but this is interesting enough for us to suggest you try it.

Harbour Galley

Holiday items at Harbour Galley are available through January 7. The holiday dipping sauce can be paired with gingerbread cookies or chocolate chip cookies ($13.79 for a 13-pack, $7.79 for a 6-pack).

Holiday Royal Icing Dipping Sauce – $1.39

You can buy a 13 pack of cookies for $13.79 or a six count for $7.79. We opted for the gingerbread cookies. The cookies were amazing and deserving of a 7. They were not too artificially flavored or sweet. Surprisingly, the icing was not crazy sweet wither. It was just the right amount of sweetness for the cookies.
