The Orlando International Airport is one of the 40 airports in the United States that is affected by the government shutdown. Daily flights will be reduced.
10% Reduction

Starting Friday, November 7, there will be a 10% reduction in air traffic at 40 airports in the United States as the government shutdown continues.
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is included among those airports that must reduce operations. A 10% reduction would affect approximately 100 flights.
The administrator for the FAA said they are seeing a level of pressure on certain systems that can’t go unchecked and continue to be safe.
Since the federal government shutdown, MCO’s operations have been minimally impacted, with few exceptions, thanks to the federal airport partners who continue to come to work. We encourage passengers to contact their airlines for the most up-to-date flight information.
