Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt has returned to EPCOT for the 2025 International Festival of Holidays. This year, there are new locations and prizes for the family friendly activity.

Map
To participate in the scavenger hunt, guests must purchase a map from Creations Shop or World Traveler for $11.99, a $2.00 increase from last year.
The map includes a set of stickers to mark off the location of each hidden Olaf around World Showcase.
Prizes
This year’s prize is one of three Frozen 2-inspired melamine saucer-sized plates. Different designs include one with Anna and Elsa, one with Sven and Kristoff, and one with just Olaf.
You don’t have to actually complete the activity to redeem it for a prize, but each map can only be turned in once at Disney Traders, Creations Shop, or World Traveler.
The prize does not have to be redeemed on the same day of purchase, though prize options are subject to availability.
Hidden Olaf Figure Locations
Each Olaf is a small figure on a sled with a different holiday object. The stickers coordinate to the individual holiday object, which are then placed in their respective locations on the map. Below are the locations of each figure. This is you spoiler warning if you wish to find them on your own!
Canada
United Kingdom
Olaf stands near holiday crackers above the the entrance to Lords and Ladies near the gardens.
France
Yule Log Olaf is located near the entrance to the Beauty and the Beast sing-along.
L’ Chaim Holiday Kitchen
This Olaf with Dreidels is located on top of the L’ Chaim Holiday Kitchen.
Morocco
Located near the sign above Oasis Swears & Sips, Olaf stands on his sleigh with olive branches.
Japan
In the Japan Pavilion, Olaf celebrates with mochi above the entrance to the Mitsukoshi Shop.
American Adventure
Olaf is on a windowsill above the America Holiday Tradition food booth. The music and lyrics for “Jingle Bells” sit on the back of his sleigh.
Italy
Olaf sits on a shelf near the corner of Galateria Tuscana.
Germany
Near the center of the pavilion, Olaf sits above the storefront of Der Teddybar.
China
Olaf stand with his festive lanterns in the rear gardens of the China Pavilion.
Norway
Olaf is on top of Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway.
Mexico
In Mexico, Olaf can be found near the windows of the exterior quick service, La Cantina de San Angel. You may have to look up for this one.
Communicore Hall
The final Olaf is on the corner of Communicore Hall near the Mickey & Friends meet & greet.
Completed Map
The completed map will have a country specific sticker placed on each pavilion’s circle. Cast Members will stamp the board with “complete” once you have claimed your prize.
