Cookie butter base, cookie butter cheesecake mousse, and vanilla chantilly cream topped with a cookie
For a prepared dessert, this exceeded our expectations. The cinnamon cookie butter is the main flavor. Mixed with the cheesecake mousse and cream, it makes for a tasty sweet and spicy dessert. We had the best results digging down to mix the crumbs into the cheesecake. It’s shareable, too.

Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta is in Paradise Gardens Park. It has mobile order. The Cookie Butter Trifle will be available through January 7, 2026.
