Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade returns to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for 2025. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed holiday event, the parade runs twice nightly at 8:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade 2025
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade starts in Frontierland, next to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. After passing through Frontierland, it travels through Liberty Square, goes around the hub in front of Cinderella Castle, and then goes down Main Street, U.S.A.
Just prior to the parade start, Kringle Krew performers interact with guests, passing large white ‘snow’ balls back and forth while Frosty the Snowman plays.
The parade kicks off with a host of characters. Peter Pan, Pluto, Tigger, Alice, Pinocchio, Donald, Daisy, and more dance around. Many of them are in extra winter apparel like cozy scarves.
Mickey and Minnie ride alongside a Christmas tree right behind them. The sparkling float is stacked with presents.
The cast of “Frozen” is close behind, starting with Olaf on a Nordic-style house float. He’s accompanied by cross-country skiing dancers.
Instead of the ice harvesters from years past, Anna and Kristoff are now joined by dancers dressed like Arendelle villagers carrying presents behind Olaf’s float.
Elsa appears on her snow- and ice-covered float.
Next up is Vanellope Von Schweetz in a holiday version of her racecar. The hood of her racecar is adorned with a wreath.
She’s followed by Chip and Dale in their baker outfits.
Clarice the chipmunk is on her colorful gingerbread house float.
Clarabelle Cow is led by a group of dancing gingerbread men down the street. Clarabelle’s float is a large wooden kitchen with giant cupcakes.
Dancers lead the way for Goofy and his candy machine float.
Goofy’s candy machine float is decorated with wreaths and Goofy wears a holiday outfit.
The Seven Dwarves and Snow White follow next.
Cinderella and Prince Charming in their carriage pulled by ponies is a staple of the holiday parade.
The Royal Prince and Princesses float follows Cinderella, of course a unit that has been in dozens of Magic Kingdom parades over several decades.
Elves ride a float with Toy Story pals and the famous toy soldiers march after.
And lastly, Santa is led by his reindeer.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2025
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2025 runs on select nights from November 7 through December 21. Tickets for some nights are still available online at the Walt Disney World website.
