As our magical adventure aboard the Disney Destiny comes to a close, we find our Destiny at “Destiny Discovered.” Join the characters we’ve met on the ship to celebrate the end of the journey.

Destiny Discovered

Like the other Disney Cruise Line farewells, the Destiny’s show takes place in the Grand Hall. It starts with Zayah and Gamble, the Destiny’s unique characters, checking in on the progress of our journey. They discuss how the strength of one’s heart makes a hero.

They then introduce the heroes we’ve met, as the room turns purple. Black Panther suddenly appears on the second level among the guests. After that, they reference the wicked villains we’ve also encountered, and Cruella de Vil comes out with red lighting and a jazzy rendition of her theme song.

They reflect that “Heroes are willing to always go the distance,” and with this clue, we see Hercules from the stage show come out on the balcony.

Next, a crew of swashbuckling pirates appear on the Grand Hall’s staircase to the swells of the Pirates of the Caribbean theme.

Zayah and Gamble tell us that some stories become legends, and a drummer from Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King accompanies them with a beat.

Of course, some villains aren’t entirely evil, like the mischievous Loki, who appears on the balcony and addresses the audience. He makes the point that good and evil aren’t so cut and dried.

That kicks off the finale, which reunites all the characters that we’ve met along the journey. First, the Fab 5 — Goofy, Donald, Captain Mickey, Captain Minnie, and Pluto — plus Daisy come out on stage. They’re soon joined by Tiana, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Moana, Mirabel, and Bruno, and everyone waves and wishes us well on our journeys.
