Though Universal only announced Celestial Park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe would get holiday decorations, there is some light theming in How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk for Snoggletog. The annual winter holiday first appeared in the How to Train Your Dragon short film Gift of the Night Fury (2011).
Holiday Decorations in Isle of Berk
Viking Traders has a Snoggletog tree made out of green-painted wood planks and topped with a Viking shield. It’s surrounded by green garland with red berries. The tree, across from the checkout counter, is adorned with ornaments for sale.
Another Snoggletog tree made of green planks and a shield is behind the checkout counter in Hiccup’s Work Shop. This one isn’t decorated with ornaments.
In Toothless’ Treasures, a Snoggletog banner, garland, and red bows have been added to this tree-shaped display. The tree itself is always in the shop.
The display showcases dragon eggs in baskets.
A tree display behind the counter is also decorated for the holiday. Garland is on the tree, across the shelf above, and hanging below the lanterns.
A Snoggletog Harvest Mac and Cheese cone is also available for a limited time from Hooligan’s Grog and Gruel and Spit Fyre Grill. The Mac and Cheese cone features pulled maple glazed turkey, spiced lingonberry drizzle, roasted sweet potatoes, sage chimichurri, and crispy stuffing crumbles.
