Hong Kong Disneyland Cancels Fireworks After Apartment Fire Tragedy

Hong Kong Disneyland is canceling its fireworks performance following an apartment fire in Tai Po that has claimed the lives of at least 75 people.

Hong Kong Disneyland Cancels Fireworks to Respect Fire Victims

The fire started on November 26 in the Wang Fuk Court apartment complex in the northern suburb of Tai Po. As of November 27, the fire was still blazing and had claimed the lives of at least 75 people, with 279 people still missing. More then 900 people have been evacuated.

Important Information

Due to an incident in Hong Kong and out of respect, tonight’s (November 27, 2025) Momentous: Party in the Night Sky will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding. Guests who entered the park today with a valid ticket may use the original ticket for revisit on another day within 6 months from the day of entry.

Guests are required to have a valid park reservation for visit. Please refer to Park Calendar for opening hours and show times.

According to the site, ticketed guests who visited Hong Kong Disneyland on November 27 are entitled to an additional visit within six months (park reservation required).
