Holiday decorations continue to appear around the hotels of the Walt Disney World Resort. We noticed that Port Orleans – Riverside recently received its tree and garland in the lobby.
Port Orleans – Riverside Holiday Decor
Located at the center of the lobby’s star-shaped flooring, the Christmas tree is surrounded by old-fashioned steamer trunks and luggage. Its predominant color scheme is pale gold and silver with touches of burgundy and brown.
The tree is covered with an extensive variety of ornaments in all shapes, sizes, and textures. Unique touches include multiple fleur-de-lis ornaments in different materials, large tasseled baubles with mirrored sequins, and bows made of black diamond-print ribbon.
Garlands dripping with pearly beads, metallic baubles, and white, pink, and brown floral arrangements connect the lobby columns.
Matching wreaths are hung around the lobby walls.
