Loki, the God of Mischief, takes over the Grand Hall on the Disney Destiny. Special effects lighting change the color of the room to green when he appears.
Loki Takes Over the Disney Destiny
Zayah and Gamble start the show with some audience participation and trivia. They also begin with a story of fate, destiny, and magic: the legend of Loki.
Magical potion elixirs are set on the top of a chest with each answer to the Loki trivia questions.
Loki is a trickster and would-be king. According to the story, he was ridiculed by his father. One day King Odin decided there need to be a new king. Two guests are chosen to re-enact Thor and Loki, and Thor is chosen as the new king. Loki is banished and never heard from again.
At the end of the story, special effects signal the arrival of Loki on the second story staircase. He speaks to the crowd and causes some mischief as the elixirs are knocked over.
He makes his way down the stairs and onto the stage as he talks about his destiny to rule as king, but his brother stood in his way.
He demands that the crowd declare their loyalty to him as he crowns himself king. Loki then interacts with guests to finish out the show.
