First Look Inside the New World of Frozen at Disneyland Adventure World

Although it is officially set to open in the spring of 2026, WDW News Today was among the first to get a look inside the new World of Frozen area at Disneyland Paris.

First Look Inside Arendelle at Disney Adventure World

The World of Frozen transports you to the Norwegian-inspired Kingdom of Arendelle, where Anna and Elsa grew up. Charming village buildings in rich brownish reds and greens are as lovely as can be, with brick-and-stone facades.

On the front of the clock tower building is signage for the Frozen Ever After attraction.

The buildings share a similar aesthetic but differ in color, making them unique to walk through. The village courtyard appears to be made of grey cobblestone with ironwork posts and lanterns.

Up on the front of the clock tower, you can see dolls in the likenesses of Anna and Elsa. They appear as if coming out of a cuckoo clock. The clockface is a detailed stained glass facade in hues of orange and yellow.

Behind the village of Arendelle, there is a tall cliff face covered in snow. Beside it, however, is Elsa’s ice palace with towering spires and carved ice walls.

In the village area, you will see colorful posters for The Snowflower Festival. The poster reads, “Commemorating the day that Princess Anna saved her sister Queen Elsa with a selfless act of true love.” In addition to Anna and Elsa, the poster also features Olaf, Sven, and Kristoff holding three Snowgies. It also shows Arendelle villagers having fun on the ice.

The Fjord View Shop sign depicts a metal barque at the top with a colorful “Fjord View Shop” sign below. The sign has intricate rosemaling of flowers and scrollwork. This shop is where guests can adopt their own baby troll or receive a makeover to celebrate the Snowflower Festival.

Guests will also be able to shop Frozen merchandise at the Arendelle Boutique.

Arendelle at Night

As seen in the opening date announcement video, lighting plays a big part in Arendelle at night. Beams behind the Arendelle castle will light up the night, adding an icy glow that contrasts with the village’s warm ambience.

Arendelle Bay will host a new boat show featuring a new song from the composers of Frozen.

World of Frozen opens on March 29, 2026, along with the rest of the Adventure Bay expansion. Walt Disney Studios Park will be renamed Disney Adventure World that day.
