The ECORHYTHMiCS perform a high-energy, percussion show at Animal Kingdom promoting conservation. Their holiday set debuted today, which includes props, costumes, and a holiday song.
ECORHYTHMiCS

The three-piece band performs on special platforms made of repurposed materials, with each platform illustrating a part of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”
The band’s performances usually last about fifteen minutes, and the three drummers perform covers of iconic Disney songs. They also interact with the audience, tell a few jokes, and encourage guests to help protect the environment.
They are located on the corner of the road leading into DinoLand U.S.A. from Discovery Island.
Holiday Set

Their space has several new holiday items for the “overlay.”

New props include garland, ribbons, ornaments, and poinsettias.

Christmas lights are strung throughout the backdrop.

A large bow is placed on the front of one of the drum stages.
If you want to see more of the details that go into the many props and instruments used by the band, we have a photo guide.

Typically, they sing covers of Disney songs, but for the holiday set they also included “Jingle Bells.”

The performers also have some new costumes, which include a candy cane prop. They all sport slightly different looks.

One is dressed as an elf with a paper collar, cardboard ears, and a red and green bow on her head. She wears striped socks with green satin on the top.

Another is a snowman, with red chiffon fabric wrapped around his neck for a scarf, a carrot for a nose, and three black pom poms on his shirt. The black and red headband reminds us of Frosty the Snowman’s hat.

The third performer wears a red vest with white ric-rac and colorful bows down the front of his shirt. He resembles a gingerbread man.

The posted showtimes are 8:40, 9:40, 10:40, 11:40, 12:40, 2:10, and 3:10.
