Walt Disney World is expanding its Pilot luggage transfer service to enhance convenience for travelers arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) on Southwest Airlines flights.

Starting November 18, guests flying domestically with Southwest Airlines into Orlando International Airport (MCO) and staying at select Disney Resort hotels, can choose to bypass the baggage claim.
Instead, they’ll be able to check their luggage at the Southwest bag drop area or ticket counter for direct delivery to their Disney Resort.
Guests will begin to receive the following email about this service this week.
