Over 70 pounds of chocolate was used to create a 30th Anniversary Toy Story sculpture which is now on display in the Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort.
Toy Story Chocolate Sculpture
The sculpture is a Toy Story themed showpiece created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pixar film, originally released on November 22, 1995. It’s an elaborate display featuring colorful toy building blocks spelling out “Toy Story 30.” Small army men figurine are sat around and on top of the bricks. Toy-like props and slices of pizza lay on the table, as well.
The centerpiece is a large rocket ship with a Little Green Alien Man inside. It is crafted with impressive detail. As the sign below mentions, it incorporates 70 pounds of premium chocolate.

Chef Nicholas Forte is currently working as a Corporate Pastry Chef for a global hospitality company. After graduating from the French Pastry School with honors, he honed his craft in pastry and chocolate working at one of the top restaurants in Las Vegas. The 30th anniversary of Toy Story is also being celebrated with tons of merchandise at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and online at the Disney Store.
