The second card in the set features the “Greetings From a Winter Wonderland” unit. This particular unit has been in the parade since 1995. While originally featured as the pre-finale unit, it changed to the second full unit in 2002, following the Mail Room.

The four snowmen featured are Agnes in the pink pillbox hat, Lilian with the eyelashes and yellow scarf, Burt with his green winter hat and purple scarf, and Skip in the yellow fishing hat. The group dances around a Christmas tree, as they do in the parade.

The “fun fact” on the back of the card features the updated parade statistics as of 2024; when two gingerbread cookies and a handful of elves were cut.

The parade has 113 characters including 15 elves, 8 reindeer, 8 snowmen and 4 gingerbread cookies!

Background & First Card

For the first week of the Magic Key holder special holiday trading card giveaway, a Main Street U.S.A background with card slots was available with the first lenticular card. A Mickey icon with “30” and 1995-2025 is surrounded by holly on the top, and “A Christmas Fantasy” is written across a red ribbon along the bottom. Each of the four cards will line the background when the set is complete.

The first card, available on November 3, is based on the first float of the parade. The float is a stack of books used as a base for the Christmas wreath on top. The float is recycled from the 1992 “The World According to Goofy Parade.” It has been appearing in ACF since its inaugural season in 1995.

The ventricular aspect has the ballerina on top of the music box changing position and the soldiers marching down Main Street. The “fun fact” on the first card references the origin of the 12 toy soldiers from Walt Disney’s 1961 Babes in Toyland.

Location

There are two more lenticular cards in the series, which will be released over the next two Mondays, November 17 and 24. Each card is available Mondays through Thursdays and there is a limit of one per week per Magic Key holder, while supplies last. The cards are available at Disneyana in Disneyland Park and Kingswell Shop in Disney California Adventure.

Disney originally announced the series with a social media video of a Christmas tree advent calendar, with the days 3, 10, 17, and 24 marked. Each of these doors opened to reveal a hand holding a candy cane, a snowman hand, a gingerbread hand, and Santa’s hand holding his hat.
