Vacation Fun is closing for refurbishment later this month. The last day of operation is October 19, 2025. It will close on October 20 and does not currently a reopening timeline other than “later this year.”
The Disney World website page for the attraction does have the following message but has not updated operating hours:
Vacation Fun – An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie will be temporarily closed beginning October 20, 2025, and is planned to reopen later this year.
Disney has not announced what the refurbishment includes.

Vacation Fun is an original animated short starring Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The show, located in Echo Lake at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, celebrates the duo’s favorite vacation memories. It includes never-before-seen animation mixed with clips from:

- Potatoland
- Croissant de Triomphe
- Entombed
- Dumb Luck
- Al Rojo Vivo
