Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is back at Universal Studios Florida, and Universal has announced the dates for 2026.

For 2026, the fun will kick off on February 7 and run through April 4. Universal promises a spectacular parade, countless beads, vibrant live music, and food for purchase from around the world as well as New Orleans favorites.
No word on the concert line up has been announced yet, but it does appear to return this year.
