It’s going to be a busy New Year’s Eve in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, and all regular ticket types have already sold out for the day.

When we checked the availability of Walt Disney World tickets for Magic Kingdom park on December 31, 2025, regular 1-day park tickets were listed as completely unavailable. This is true for both regular park guests buying a standard 1-day ticket and Florida residents.

Likewise, all Park Hopper tickets are now completely unavailable for the date of December 31, including both the regular and Plus options.

As of the time of writing, tickets for the other three Walt Disney World theme parks, including the popular EPCOT, are still available for New Year’s Eve.

Additionally, three of the four tiers of Walt Disney World annual pass are blocked out on December 31. The Pixie Dust Pass, Pirate Pass, and Sorcerer Pass tiers already had the date grayed-out, so those three levels never had a chance to make a reservation. The only available reservations on New Year’s Eve are for annual passholders with a Disney Incredi-Pass, the highest tier of pass which has no blocked dates.

Park passes for Magic Kingdom on New Year’s Eve also sold out around this same time last year. Magic Kingdom celebrates New Year’s Eve with the Fantasy in the Sky fireworks, which is usually performed twice each night on December 30 and 31.

Last year, Mickey and his friends also made appearances prior to the beginning of the show, though Disney has not confirmed whether Mickey will be returning in-person this year yet. Check out our video from last year below:
