Sip & Sonder at Parkside Market in Downtown Disney has closed and the outdoor window has a new name, signage, and menus.

The three-dimensional Sip & Sonder letters have been removed. A new wall graphic replicates the nearby retro-inspired Parkside Market signage.

Signs near the queue and outdoor pickup window reveal the spot’s new name: Parkside Market Coffee.

The menu focuses on specialty coffee drinks and beverages and is actually very similar to the Sip & Sonder menu, even featuring two of the same specialty drinks — a vanilla dirty chai latte and a honey lavender latte — and the same drinks on tap (cold brew, iced oat milk latte, and kombucha). There’s also a seasonal slush.

Also just like Sip & Sonder, you can get cinnamon rolls and cake pops. There are also breakfast sandwiches available from 7am-11am, including one from interior restaurant GG’s Chicken Shop.

The main Parkside Market menus have also been updated to reflect the change, with the right third of the menu now titled just “Parkside Market” with the same offerings displayed on the outside window.

Parkside Market

Parkside Market is a two-story food hall at Downtown Disney that consists of Seoul Sister, GG’s Chicken Shop, and now Parkside Market Coffee on the lower level. Upstairs is Vista, a bar with outdoor seating overlooking the nearby lawn and stage.

Sip & Sonder was a Black women-owned cafe and bakery by Amanda-Jane Thomas and Shanita Nicholas. It had both an outdoor and interior service windows at Parkside Market serving specialty coffees, teas, slushies, and cinnamon rolls.
