Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is now serving up Roasted Jalapeño Chicken Strips amid an inundation of new saucy chicken varieties across Walt Disney World.

This entree, which includes four chicken strips and your choice of side, was not very impressive. The Roasted Jalapeño Chicken Strips are not spicy on their own, unless you eat the jalapeños.
There are two types cheddar cheese: liquid cheese and shredded cheese. The cheese is placed on top of the chicken, so it does not melt quickly – especially if the chicken is not very hot.
The Sides include French Fries, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Macaroni & Cheese, or Coleslaw.
Would we eat this dish again? Probably not. If the cheese was more evenly distributed over the chicken strips, then we would consider it.
