According to the Walt Disney World website, The Paddock Pool and its aquatic play area, plus The Paddock Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, are all closing for routine maintenance.

The Paddock Grill

The Paddock Grill serves a variety of classic breakfast fare and American favorites like the Saratoga Burger, cobb salad and sandwiches—as well as a variety of refreshing alcoholic specialty drinks.

The grill is located nearby The Paddock Pool, which is home to a 146-foot-long waterslide that flows from atop a water tower and gently sloping, zero-depth entry point. Younger guests can also enjoy two smaller water slides.

As per a new update on the Walt Disney World website, all of The Paddock Grill and the nearby Paddock Pool will close on October 13, 2025, and remain so through “early December.” There is no official reopening date currently listed.

During the extended refurbishment, guests of Saratoga Springs will continue to have access to the large High Rock Spring Pool, which has a 128-foot-long slide built into the rocks, along with the three leisure pools located at the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park, and The Grandstand. The latter 2 pools also feature children’s playgrounds and barbeque grilling areas.

For dining purposes, guests can utilize The Artist’s Palette, the resort’s main quick service location. Reservations can also be made for The Turf Club Bar and Grill, a table service location at the resort. The Turf Club Lounge and other pool bars and snack counters will also remain open for guest convenience.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a Deluxe Villa Disney Vacation Club Resort inspired by historic Saratoga Springs—a late-1800s’ New York retreat famous for its spas and horse racing. The Victorian-style Resort hotel is nestled between golf course greens and Lake Buena Vista.

Earlier this summer, permits were filed for mechanical work at the resort’s Carriage House lobby area.
