EPCOT Center Drive Crash

According to WESH 2, a 5-vehicle crash happened on EPCOT Center Drive just off Interstate 4 around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025. The Florida Highway Patrol stated a motorcyclist involved in the crash was transported to a hospital but was later pronounced dead.
As later reported by the Orlando Sentinel, the crash began “as the e-bike ridden by a 40-year-old Orlando man was traveling westbound on Epcot Center Drive west of I-4.” Other vehicles involved in the accident included “a 2016 Honda Civic driven by a 57-year-old Orlando woman, which was ahead of a 2018 Ford Fusion driven by a 63-year-old St. Cloud man, ahead of a 2021 Toyota Camry driven by a 30-year-old Orlando man.”
The report by the Florida Highway Patrol states that the e-bike traveled into the path of the Civic, striking the bicyclist and set off a “chain reaction collision” among the other vehicles.
Orlando Sentinel also reports that the driver of the Civic was transported to AdventHealth Celebration Hospital “with minor injuries while the two other vehicle drivers and one passenger in the Camry remained on scene without injuries.”

EPCOT Center Drive extends from World Center Drive around the parking lot and toll plaza of the EPCOT theme park.
While troopers investigate the crash site, drivers can use E Buena Vista Drive or Osceola Parkway as detours around the area. The entrance of EPCOT is still open.
