Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs celebrated their 10th anniversary this week and will continue the celebration with special dishes for the next year.

Morimoto Asia said in a post on Instagram, “The past decade has been filled with delicious cuisine, amazing cocktails, and wonderful memories. Cheers to the next amazing 10 years at Morimoto Asia!”

The restaurant hosted a special celebration with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, as seen in TikTok user Tasty Chomps’ video below.

In honor of the anniversary, Morimoto Asia kicked off a year-long culinary journey in September called Passport to Morimoto Asia. Each month will highlight a different country with monthly dishes, cocktails, and rewards. Here are the announced offerings:

  • October: Japan
    • Okinawa Soba: thick wheat noodle, pork belly, fish cake, scallion, pickled ginger
    • Awamori Sour: Okinawan awamori, mango liqueur, lemon juice, Fee foam
  • November: South Korea
    • Sundubu Jjigae: spicy egg custard, seafood & vegetable stew
    • Soju & Sprite: soju, lemon-lime oleo saccharum, super-carbonated water
  • December: Thailand
    • Pad Thai: Oishii shrimp, tofu, vegetable
    • Reconstructed Thai Tea: house-made tea, dark rum, condensed milk, overproof rum foam
  • January: Vietnam
    • A-5 Wagyu Pho: sliced a-5 beef, a-5 meatball
    • Jackfruit Mojito: rum, jackfruit, mango liqueur, lime juice, mint
  • February: Mongolia
    • Khuushuur: mongolian fried beef dumplings, garlic yogurt sauce
    • Mongolian Milk Tea: black tea, Calpico, carrot juice, saline
  • March: Singapore
    • Singapore Chicken Rice: steamed half chicken, rice, tomato salad, ginger scallion sauce, chili sauce, dark soy sauce
    • Rhubarb Singapore Sling: gin, rhubarb liqueur, Benedectine, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, bitters
