About Mario Motors

Mario Motors is the exit gift shop guests pass through after riding Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge. Read Universal’s description of the store below:

Exit Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge with your family or friends and you’ll enter a shop filled with must-have gear and souvenirs, along with the famed Golden Cup on display.

For the sake of this article, we focused specifically on the Mario Kart-themed items that are only available at this location. However, Mario Motors sells many of the same general Super Nintendo World items also sold at Sensorium Emporium, 1-Up Factory, and the Nintendo Super Star Store.

Mario Motors is located at the exit of Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, which is situated across from the entrance portal of Super Nintendo World.

Apparel

Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge Adult Hoodie – $65

The first item in the store is a Mario Kart Bowser’s Challenge hoodie. The item is white with a rectangular graphic depicting several Mario Kart characters, including Mario, Princess Peach , Luigi, and Bowser. The attraction’s name is written above the colorful image. The right sleeve has an added red and white checkered stripe.

Mario Kart Adult Long Sleeve – $45

A dark gray long sleeve T-shirt features “Mario Kart Bowser’s Challenge” written across the front with the same graphic as the previous hoodie on the back.

Long-sleeve Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge shirt and Super Nintendo World shorts on a rack—much like Disney parks’ themed apparel.

Other fun components of the poster art include Yoshi, a Chain Chomp, Toad, and Lakitu.

Youth Mario Kart Sweater – $55

A light gray heathered sweatshirt is also available with the same design on the front and back.

Mario Kart T-Shirt -$35

There is a Mario Kart T-shirt with the game’s debut year of 1992 listed below an image of Mario on his “kart.” The Mario Kart logo and “M” are printed diagonally across the chest. The sleeves and back are plain.

Bowser Oil Mario Kart – $35

Black Mario Kart tee with racing icons, "92" badge, Bowser Oil logo—Epic Universe Mario Motors merch, not Disney castle related.

The black T-shirt features graphic icons of “Bowser Oil,” “Mario Kart Since 1992,” and “Mario Kart.” It also has tire tracks running vertically up the tee and horizontally through the icons.

Mushroom Cup T-Shirt -$35

A series of bright, solid-color tees are available as well. Each features a different race cup.

The first shirt is bright red with the Mushroom Cup inside a circular Mario Kart logo. A “Universal Mario Kart” medallion is printed on the sleeve.

Special Cup T-Shirt -$35

The second of the brightly colored tees features a circular graphic encompassing the crown icon for the Special Cup. The “Universal Mario Kart” medallion is printed on the sleeve, and there is a Mario Kart logo in red on the bottom right.

Shell Cup T-Shirt -$35

The green shirt has the Shell Cup turtle shell logo, along with the Universal and Mario Kart logos.

Star Cup T-Shirt -$35

The icon of the Star Cup is showcased on the bright yellow T-shirt.

Flower Cup T-Shirt -$35

Lastly, the orange tee showcases the Flower Cup. It has the same Mario Kart icon near the bottom and Universal icon on the sleeve.

Long Lounge Pants – $40

A pair of Mario Kart-inspired long pants are available. The background color is gray, and there are several Mario Kart road signs and ads running in a repeating pattern.

Lounge Shorts – $25

Colorful shorts with bold, graphic Super Nintendo World-style logos hang on a clear hanger in a shop, not Disney Park apparel.

A pair of lounge shorts share the same pattern as the pants. These have an elastic waistband and would hit just above the knee, depending on the size.

Youth T-Shirt – $23

White t-shirt with a vertical Super Mario and 92 design, similar to themed park tees but not featuring Disney Park castles or icons.

This youth tee is mainly white with a vertical Mario Kart track design. Mario is featured in a circular medallion above a “92,” for the game’s debut year.

Youth Pajama Set – $45

Children’s Mario Kart outfit with Mario graphic top and racing patches, distinct from Disney Parks attire; not a Disney castle style.

A set of youth pajamas includes patterned pants similar to the adult sizes and a gray shirt with black cap sleeves. Mario in his car and the Mario Kart logo are printed to the right side of the top.

Super Nintendo World Cap – $35

The same Mario Kart-inspired print on the pants and shorts takes up the majority of this baseball cap. The bill is black with a Super Nintendo World logo patch.

Mario Kart Cap -$35

More patches add flair to the sides and rear of the cap. Super Nintendo World and Bob-Omb patches are included.

Housewares

Small Tumbler with Straw – $18.99

Bowser, Toad, and Luigi are among the racers represented on the tumbler. The Super Nintendo World wordmark in the design, as well. Overall, the art is similar in style to the vertical poster, but not identical.

Tumbler – $29

Another hot liquid-style tumbler is also available. Featured on the tumbler is several street signs and ads related to the Mario Kart attraction.

Flower Cup Tumbler -$45

A series of bright tumblers matching the T-shirt series above are available in the store. The first is a bright orange  Flower Cup tumbler with the “Universal Mario Kart” medallion on the opposite side. The Super Nintendo World logo is printed on the bottom section.

Shell Cup Tumbler -$45

The Shell Cup is the focus of the lime green tumbler. Each of these brightly colored tumblers has a carrying handle, screw on lid, and matching straw.

Mushroom Cup Tumbler -$45

The red tumbler features the Mushroom Cup.

Special Cup Tumbler -$45

The Special Cup can be found on a hot pink tumbler.

Star Cup Tumbler -$45

Lastly, there is a yellow tumbler with a Star Cup circular logo.

Mario Kart Towel – $29

Mario is the star of this colorful towel as he speeds by in his kart. However, other characters like Luigi, Yoshi, and Bowser make up the background. This art is closer to the images seen on the sides of the tumbler.

Mario Kart Desk Trophy – $26

A small desk trophy awards participants of Mario Kart. Between the arms of the trophy is the Universal globe. This is supposed to be the trophy for the race guests undertake during the attraction, and a larger-scale version is visible in the queue.

Wall Signs & Art

Turtle Shell Wall Sign – $29

There are also several wall signs available for guests looking to decorate their homes with Mario Kart merchandise. The first is a black shell blocked with a “no entry” marker.

Mushroom Piston Engine Wall Sign – $29

The second sign is an ad for “Mushroom Piston Engines.” One of the mushroom characters is designed to look like a tool used in the “shop.” The sign is made up of red and orange shades.

Banana Peel Wall Sign – $29

Bowser Oil Wall Sign – $19

A Bowser Oil sign sponsor sign would make a great addition for fans of the fictional petroleum company sponsor in Mario Kart.

Mario Kart Wall Sign – $29

The last of the wall art honors the debut of Mario Kart as a video game with a a “Mario Kart since 92” road sign embossed into a larger rectangular frame. The name and number are modeled in a shield similar to a classic road sign.

Souvenirs

Princess Peach Keychain – $10

A variety of Mario Kart-specific keychains can also be purchased the gift shop, beginning with the Princess Peach version. Each keychain also has a smaller dangle with the Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge ride logo.

Mario Keychain – $10

Luigi Keychain -$10

Yoshi Loop Keychain -$20

The second is outline in green and has a Yoshi tile. Each loop has a metal clip attached at the bottom.

Waluigi Loop Keychain -$20

Waluigi is the star of the purple outline keyring loop.

Princess Peach Loop Keychain -$20

The last of the checkered flag loop keychains features Princess Peach and pink details, Each of the loops also has a coordinating cup icon on the back.

Mario Coin Keyring – $15

The last set of keychains have a circular medallion on leather-like backers. The first keyring featuring Mario is red and has the Super Nintendo World and Universal Studios wordmarks on the back.

Yoshi Coin Keyring – $15

The second circular keyring attachment is green with Yoshi.

Princess Peach Coin Keyring – $15

Princess Peach is the star of the pink leather backing.

Bowser Coin Keyring – $15

The last is black with Bowser on the chase.

Mario Kart ID Badge – $16

A Mario-Kart ID badge is also available for guests wanting to hold their passes or ID cards in Nintendo-style.

Sticker Set – $12

The store also has 3D models available for crafty fans of Super Nintendo World locations. The first is a replica model of Bowser’s Castle.

Peach’s Castle 3D Model Kit – $27

The next 3D model creates a representation of Peach’s Castle.

Toadstool Cafe 3D Model Kit – $27

The last is a model of Toadstool Cafe, a location inside Super Nintendo World that serves a variety of dishes prepared by Chef Toad.

For guests looking to add Super Nintendo Flair to their clothing or accessories, there is a selection of peel and stick patches, including this Bowser version.

Mario Kart Patches – $13

Shell Cup Luggage Tag – $13

Rounding out the Mario Kart-inspired merchandise from Mario Motors is a series of luggage tags themed to the different Cups in the games. The first is green with the “Shell Cup” and “Universal Mario Kart” logos on either side.

Mushroom Cup Luggage Tag -$13

The red luggage tag features an image of a mushroom for the Mushroom Cup inside a circular Mario Kart logo. The opposite side has the “Universal Mario Kart” medallion

Flower Cup Luggage Tag – $13

The orange luggage tag represents the Flower Cup.

Special Cup Luggage Tag -$13

The pink luggage tag has the Special Cup graphic.

Star Cup Luggage Tag – $13

Rounding out the luggage tags is a yellow Star Cup version.
