Be careful where you pee at Walt Disney World; it could land you behind bars with some legal trouble.
Guest Incident at Walt Disney World

In the latest guest incident ending with an arrest at Walt Disney World, a 31-year-old man from Washington D.C., was arrested this summer after a Cast Member caught him peeing on the pedestrian bridge between Disney Springs and the Cast Services parking area, according to a recently-released Orange County Sheriff’s arrest report.
In the reported case, a Cast Member saw the man’s penis when she was walking to her car just before 3 p.m., on August 20, 2025.
“(The cast member) observed a male urinating along the wall of the bridge with his penis exposed,” the arrest report said. “(The cast member) stated the front of the male’s shorts were pulled down, and she clearly observed . . . the male’s penis to be exposed.”

An off-duty Orange County Sheriff’s deputy arrested the man. He requested an attorney, so law enforcement stopped questioning him. Disney Security could not find any surveillance footage that caught the man in the act.
However, the state attorney’s office declined to pursue criminal charges, “From the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion of the writer that this case is not suitable for prosecution,” the state attorney’s office from the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida wrote in a court filing last month.
Even though the charges were dropped, the D.C. man will not be allowed back at Disney World anytime soon. The arrest report said he received an “indefinite trespass warning from all Walt Disney World properties.”
WDWNT reached out to his lawyer, who did not respond to a request for comment. The arrest report was only recently made public, which is why WDWNT is writing about the incident now.

It’s at least the second time in less than a year that a guest has been arrested for exposing their organs after urinating in public at Disney World
Last September, an 80-year-old with severe incontinence issues stemming from his prostate issues was arrested after a Cast Member saw him peeing in the bushes at the Transportation & Ticket Center outside the Magic Kingdom. In that case too, the state attorney declined to pursue criminal charges.
The elderly man’s attorney, Alain Rivas, was critical of the arrest, which he said ruined the family’s vacation and humiliated him. Rivas said the elderly man was having a medical episode and was not doing anything wrong.
Last month, a guest in Magic Kingdom was arrested for knocking down a Cast Member who was directing traffic during the Happily Ever After fireworks.
