MagicBand+ Discount Ends for Walt Disney World Hotel Guests & Passholders

Walt Disney World has ended the MagicBand+ pre-arrival discount for resort hotel guests and Annual Passholders.

Disney Ends MagicBand Discount

Two hands hold up Mickey Mouse MagicBand+ at Walt Disney World, with more MagicBands displayed on the shelf behind.

Although Disney stopped offering free MagicBands to hotel guests years ago, they continued to allow hotel guests to purchase MagicBands and later MagicBand+ ahead of their vacation at a discounted price. Pre-arrival pricing for MagicBand+ was $24.99 for a solid-colored band and $34.99 for a special design — a $10 discount from the regular in-park prices.

Likewise, the notice of a discount for Annual Passholders purchasing a MagicBand+ has also been removed from the website.

At Walt Disney World, a MagicBand+ sign displays Sage, Slate, Amethyst, Lilac, Cyan bands for $34.99–$64.99.

As of today, there is no more discount offered. Hotel guests and passholders can still pick out and purchase pre-arrival bands to be shipped to their home, but the bands will be fully-priced at $34.99 or $44.99.

In 2023, Disney stopped offering pre-arrival MagicBands to international guests.
