Limited Release Happy Birthday Magic Kingdom Pin Celebrates 54th Birthday

Today, Magic Kingdom is celebrating 54 years, and an exclusive Happy Birthday Magic Kingdom Pin has guests lining up and waiting to purchase one.

Happy Birthday Magic Kingdom Pin – $22.99

Our Disney World reporter arrived at Magic Kingdom and got in line at 8:40 am this morning, and a lengthy line had already formed to purchase a pin in the Castle Hub area. A Cast Member held a sign indicating the line for the pin.

People stand in long lines outdoors on a sunny day at Magic Kingdom, with trees and blue sky in the background.

Cast Members started the line at the bridge to Liberty Square and held guests there until it was time to head back to Frontier Trading Post, where the pin is available to purchase. The line wrapped from the bridge into Frontierland a little and back around to the edges of the Castle Hub.

Shortly before 9:00 am, Cast Members began leading guests over the bridge, through Liberty Square, and towards Frontier Trading Post. Our reporter was able to purchase the Magic Kingdom birthday pin at approximately 9:30 am.

The Magic Kingdom birthday pin is designed to look like a celebration button. The pin is in the shape of a circle and has a glittery blue background. The top half of the pin has a neon green half circle with confetti and streamers in different colors. Mickey Mouse wears a birthday hat and holds a birthday cake on a plate. “54th” birthday candles sit on top of the white icing.

The bottom half of the pin has “Happy Birthday!” in white with a black shadow outline. “Magic Kingdom” is written underneath in the park font in white. And, the Walt Disney World wordmark is at the very bottom in black.

This birthday pin has a limited release of 2500.
