In a strange and unordinary chain of events, guests visiting Epic Universe were interrupted by a large construction lift in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic.

In a photo posted by @bioreconstruct on X, a large JLG Lift was parked in the middle of Wizarding Paris with Team Members in the basket. Although hard to tell in this image, near the bottom, you can see the heads of guests in the area.

As explained by bioreconstruct, Team Members removed shutters from the left window of this building during operational park hours on the evening of Saturday, October 25. This is unusual because machinery of this kind is not typically allowed in guest-facing areas during operating hours. We do not know why the shutters were removed.

Another X user posted a video of the lift moving through the hoards of guests congregating in the area. Watch it below:

This is the second Epic Universe maintenance issue of the weekend, as just yesterday we posted about the Time Turner that is typically located in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic portal being removed from the entrance.

Epic Universe has confirmed that new holiday decorations will be coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter for the upcoming season. You can also watch our complete walkthrough of the Ministry of Magic portal below:
