As summer gave way to fall, we were invited to attend the Disney Supper Club at Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. And while they had a few new menu items to preview with us, it was also a nice refresher on a delicious menu with plenty of highlights.

Toledo, located on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower, offers sweeping views of Walt Disney World property, with views toward Disney’s Hollywood Studios to one side, and views toward the Magic Kingdom on the other. If you time your visit just right, you might catch a glimpse of fireworks during your meal. The vibrant space is inspired by surrealist art in the 1930s, suggesting Salvador Dali, who is more directly referenced in the adjacent Dahlia Lounge. The fare is decidedly Spanish, featuring tapas, seafood, and steak.
And while we generally give detailed reviews in our restaurant content, this was a hosted event with the team from Disney Eats , where the goal was to enjoy the experience and learn a little about the restaurant. Suffice it to say, we enjoyed it all, but won’t be giving our traditional 1-7 rankings for the dishes we were given.
Toledo Menu
The menu at Toledo is sophisticated but accessible, and has enough options that most guests will be able to find a favorite. From fine Spanish wines and sangrias to a robust selection of craft cocktails, there is a lot to take in. For our experience, we were offered two wine options. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing the unique characteristics of each.

We dove into a charcuterie offering, which had olives, fig jam, charred bread and assorted meats and cheeses. A similar offering can also be found next door at Dahlia Lounge.

We were also treated to a selection of three of the normal menu options:
- Gambas al Ajillo – Brick-oven shrimp, garlic-infused olive oil, herbed butter
- Rioja-braised Chorizo – Spanish-style sausage, Rioja wine, and onions
- Charred Octopus – Patatas and chimichurri

One of the highlights of the experience was to get a preview of their upcoming pintxos flight, debuting on October 8th. It included:
- Olive oil-poached tuna with a cherry salsa
- Tortilla Española with onion marmalade
- Mussel Salpicon and Butter Blue Cheese Dates with Serrano Ham

When it came time for entrees, we chose from 7 options that Disney Eats had curated for us.

First up was the Smoked Pork Chop with spinach fonduta, secreto, potato velouté and crispy chorizo. Our dish looked as good in person as it did in Disney’s professional photos. Their photo is on the left, and what we received is on the right.

Lastly, we had the Filet of Beef with forest mushrooms, red wine -date demi, and truffle vinaigrette.

When it came time for dessert, we capped off the night with a trio:
- ‘The Toledo Tapas Bar’ – dessert tasting the flavors of Spanish coffee, crunchy chocolate, raspberry mousse, and lemon curd
- Basque Cheesecake – Honey-vanilla sauce, almond crunch, honey-quince glazed seasonal fruit, white chocolate chantilly cream, hibiscus tuile
- Classic Crema Catalana – Valencia orange and chocolate tuile

Whether you’re looking for an upscale dinner for a special occasion, or a casual night out, Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood is a delicious, beautiful place to spend time with your friends and family. Go see Chef de Cuisine Gina Green and her team to help make those memories.
