One of the many new treats at Walt Disney World includes the Hand-Dipped Mickey Ice Cream Bar with Salted Caramel Pearls.
This treat is available from Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Riverside Mill Food Court at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.
Hand-Dipped Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar with Salted Caramel Pearls – $7.79
Eating this ice cream bar spawned a quest to locate these salted caramel pearls in the wild, because they were perfect. The crunch and flavor of the pearls complement the Mickey bar very well. We enjoy a little salt to combat the sweetness of ice cream, and this was the perfect balance.
The sprinkles also stuck to the bar quite well. They stayed attached much better than the sprinkles on the Mickey bar at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
