- Chewbacca will appear in his traditional Life Day costume for a meet and greet during Disney Jollywood Nights this year.
- Bing Bong from Inside Out and Partysaurus Rex are joining the character lineup at Disney Jollywood Nights 2025.
- From Life Day Chewbacca to Partysaurus Rex, several new and returning characters will appear during Disney Jollywood Nights 2025 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Walt Disney Imagineering filed the first construction permit for Mama Melrose’s, which will become a new Monsters, Inc. restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

- Be careful where you pee at Walt Disney World; it could land you behind bars with some legal trouble.
- Actor Johnny Galecki, most known for his roles in The Big Bang Theory and Roseanne, recently visited Drawn to Life at Disney Springs.

- Storybook Land Canal Boats and Casey Jr. Circus Train at Disneyland Park have both closed for refurbishment. Recently, the roof of one of Casey Jr. Circus Train’s structures has recently been revealed.
New Merchandise
- Disneyland Resort has a new Spirit Jersey with sparkly bedazzled details for your next visit to the parks.
- We spotted more Mickey Mouse DVC merchandise in Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa at Disneyland, including a pin and long-sleeve T-shirt.
- Disney has brought back a Mickey letterman jacket design originally available years ago. We found the “new” jacket at Pioneer Mercantile in Disneyland Park.

- Tokyo Disney Resort revealed their line-up of Zootopia 2 merchandise and food items coming in November.
Shanghai Disneyland
- Two people have been sentenced to prison time for scamming Shanghai Disneyland guests with fraudulent VIP packages and line-skip tickets.
Hong Kong Disneyland
- Zootopia 2 will be in theaters next month, and Hong Kong Disneyland is gearing up for meet and greets with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.
Disney Cruise Line
- As the Disney Destiny continues her transatlantic crossing to Florida, Walt Disney Imagineering is continuing to put the final touches on the ship. Today’s project: installing the Black Panther T’Challa atrium statue.

- Disney Store has a new collection of “Winter Blue” items including an ear headband, Loungefly backpack, and Crocs.
- A Mickey Mouse Travel Watch Set by Citizen with three watches and coordinating pins is available for almost $1200 on Disney Store.

- For the second night in a row, there have been multiple reports and videos of drones visible in the sky above the Disney Ranch in Santa Clarita, California.
- On October 22, the NFL announced it approved a massive Disney & ESPN media deal. It now faces government approval before being finalized.

Universal Studios Florida
- Just a few days ago, all that visibly remained of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit was one lone piece of track. Now that visible piece is gone, and all parts visible to guests have been demolished.
Islands of Adventure
- A Port of Entry facade at the entrance of Universal Islands of Adventure has been revealed following a mostly-complete refurbishment.
- A directional sign has been removed from the Lost Continent, a Universal Islands of Adventure land that is about to go through significant construction.
Entertainment and Media
- When Back to the Future returns to theaters this month for its 40th anniversary, fans will be able to get a DeLorean-shaped popcorn bucket and a souvenir cup.
- Miley Cyrus confirmed in an Instagram post on Wednesday that she wrote a new song for the upcoming movie Avatar: Fire and Ash.
- Whispers in the Well is the tenth expansion set for Disney Lorcana. Before it releases next month, the villains cards have been revealed.
