The Frontierland sign is back in place at the land’s entrance in Magic Kingdom after it was missing for two months.

The sign was initially removed in the summer of 2023. It finally returned freshly-refurbished in July 2025, but was removed again just a month later. As of October 24, it’s back in the archway outside the Disney Vacation Club kiosk.

The sign has been repainted or remade entirely. It seems Disney decided they didn’t like the old color scheme, which featured red lettering. The sign now has cream-colored lettering on a brown background. The hardware is also darker than before.

Below is an image what the sign looked like when it returned earlier this summer.

The larger Adventureland sign was also refurbished this summer.
