Avengers: Infinity Defense

Avengers: Infinity Defense is a new attraction coming to Avengers Campus as part of an expansion that will nearly double the size of the land. The ride’s largeshow building is under construction behind Avengers Headquarters and will also be shared with Stark Flight Lab. While there’s still a long way to go before we can join the Avengers for a multiverse-jumping adventure, the framework of the building appears complete.

A yellow crane lifts materials at a steel building construction site under a partly cloudy sky, reminiscent of Disneyland park renovations.

There are now steel rooftops across the building, indicating this is its maximum height. Some areas are slightly shorter than others. The interior seems to have gained more supports and pipes in recent weeks.

It seems like the building is almost ready to be enclosed and for the actual ride to be built.

Avengers: Infinity Defense is expected to be a 3D attraction using the same system as Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure at Tokyo DisneySea. Guests will join Marvel super heroes as they jump across the multiverse battling King Thanos, an alternate version of the villain who won.

Stark Flight Lab

A second new ride housed in the same building will be Stark Flight Lab with Robert Downey, Jr. returning as Tony Stark / Iron Man. Guests will board “gyro-kinetic pods” that are lifted into the air by robotic arms for “flight tests.”

Avengers Campus will also get a new restroom building.
